This notice explains how Velocerta collects and uses personal data submitted through the velocerta.co.uk public website.

When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Work email address
  • Organisation name and job role
  • Organisation type
  • Enquiry message and supporting detail (vehicle count range, preferred contact method)
  • Privacy acknowledgement timestamp
  • Source page path
  • Request reference
  • Hashed technical metadata (IP address hash and user-agent hash, not the raw values)

IP addresses are not stored in readable form. A one-way hash is used for abuse prevention.

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies that collect personal data.

3. How we use your data

Enquiry data is processed to enable us to respond to your enquiry. We use your enquiry data to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Arrange a product demonstration if requested
  • Contact you about the subject of your enquiry

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests, specifically, our interest in responding to enquiries from potential users and partners, balanced against your right to privacy. You may object to this processing at any time.
